Vaal Designer of the Year 2015
Vaal Mall hosted the coveted Vaal Designer of the Year 2015. The theme for this year's event was Fashion Circus.
Vaal Mall teamed up with Models Unlimited, Jean Prieur du Plessis, SA Music Group, Soma Sense Academy and BSpoilt to make the evening a huge success.

Vaal Fashion Week
The Vaal Fashion week to place from 9 - 16 August. The Fashion week was opened by South African Designer Michael Bezuidenhout and daily fashion shows showcased the latest spring and summer fashions available at the retailers.
We also hosted the Inner Goddess reveal as well as the auditions for Miss Petite Vaal, Miss Teen Vaal, Miss & Mr. Vaal. On Friday 15 August the coveted Vaal Designer of the Year took place, where Malinda McTyre received the award for Designer of the Year 2014.
Vaal Mall - Revamp
As part of our Human Rights Day celebration, Vaal Mall visited the Bophelong Children's Home on Friday 20 March
For the project we have partnered up with Dischem (sponsoring nappies and toiletries), King Pie (sponsoring freshly bakes pies for the day), BIDVest Bank (sponsoring non-perishable food) and Pick n Pay (sponsoring plastic kitchen ware).
Vaal Mall sponsored R3 000 worth of food (fresh vegetables, non-perishable food and cleaning detergents), re-filled their gas bottle, supplied each child with a plate, cup, bowl and spoons, and fixed some of their light fittings, assisted with plumbing issues and general maintenance.
The Vaal Mall Wedding Affair took place from 14 - 17 May
The Wedding Affair included exhibitors from across the wedding industry, from caterers, venues, photographers to top of the range designers.

Vaal Mall spent 18 July, National Mandela Day at Bophelong Primary School sprucing up their four Grade 1 classes, soup kitchen and deep cleaning their toilets. We also gave them a new name board and four trolley loads full of educational toys, books and activities. We would like to thank Miss Vaal and Mr Vaal for coming on board as well as Amigo Spur, Panarottis, John Dory's and Afri-Service Cleaning for helping us give back to our community.
